Shipping
We don’t believe that you should be paying a flat rate for your shipping if you’re only buying something small like hairclips, so we’ve structured our shipping rates to suit.
$3.50 postage – Regular Post – Total value of items $1 to $9
$7 postage – Express Post - Total value of items $10 plus
Other - ‘Other’ shipping applies to pre-arranged collection or delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Should
your purchase from Little Boombalada Designs not be appropriate, we accept
Returns & Exchanges (where available) within 30 days of the original date
of purchase.
Once
we’ve received your return we will let you know if an exchange is possible or
if you will need to be issued a store credit. We endeavour to make this
turnaround as soon as possible, however it may occasionally be the case, due to
the handmade nature of our products that a new item needs to be made.
The
customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to Little
Boombalada Designs, we recommend a traceable mode of delivery as we will not be
responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced. An additional postage
charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer. Please note that all returns must be
unused.
Please
note: We do not refund for change of mind, should a product be faulty or a
description misleading or inaccurate we shall gladly refund the item or offer a
store credit.
